Whatever happens to your set of Silent Feet, if you ever become dissatisfied with their ability to reduce vibrations or generally function**, you can return them for a replacement set. You can reach us via phone or email to file a warranty claim or inquiry. We are happy to send you replacement set of pads and return packing for the original set. We are committed to making your warranty, return or exchange process as easy as possible.

Please be aware that due to our constant commitment to improvement, your replacement set of Silent Feet may look and function slightly differently from your original set. We are committed to providing outstanding and effective products. We stand behind every one of our products and work to make sure that every customer is satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product we will take action to correct the situation. We gladly accept returns if you do not feel that our products have adequately solved your vibration issues or if you have found a better solution. Returns are accepted up to 90 days following the original date of purchase. All return claims should be filed through the steps outlined below. Refunds will be offered for the full purchase price of the order plus taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In order for a product to be eligible for return, it must comply with all policies stated in our Warranty Policy. This means that any product showing obvious signs of abuse, neglect, intentional damage or modification will not be eligible for a return. All questions should be directed to our Customer Service Department.

Returns are processed by The Vibration Solution's Customer Service Department. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and The Vibration Solution is not responsible for products in-transit to our facilities. Return payments will be processed within 3 business days of receipt by our Returns Department. Partial returns are accepted. It is our goal to make the return process as simple and easy as possible. To return your order, simply mail your item and a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email to the address below. Return credits will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receipt of the returned items. Return and exchange instructions are also listed on your order packing slip.
